
HOW FAST WILL YOU DISPATCH MY PURCHASE?
We dispatch within 36 hours of your purchase on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (weekends and public holidays not included). After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details. If you have chosen the Bank Transfer payment option, your order will be dispatch upon receiving the payment.
I LIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR STORE?
You can pick up your purchase at our Misc store in Amsterdam. To avoid that you pick up your parcel whilst it is not ready, please wait for our email that your parcel is ready for pick-up. You can choose this option at check-out. Please note that in order to choose for the pick up option, your billing address need to be in The Netherlands.

WHO IS YOUR CARRIER?
We use FEDEX for the following destinations: the Netherlands, EU, USA and Australia.
For all other destinations we use post.nl (i.e. our Dutch Royal Mail provider).
Please note: In some occasions we may decide to send Royal Mail parcels with either DHL or Fedex. In the case you do not want us to dispatch with express carriers, please let us know by stating this upon check out.
Fedex will send you an email with a tracking code. If you do not receive this email by Fedex, please contact us.
If desired you can also have your purchase send with Fedex Priority.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
SHIPPING FEE WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:
For destinations in The Netherlands, a flat fee of EUR 6,00 applies.
SHIPPING FEE WITHIN THE EU:
For destinations within the EU we charge EUR 9,50
SHIPPING FEE OUTSIDE EU:
For all destinations outside the EU we charge EUR 20. Please note we offer customers outside the European Union a VAT- reduced shopping, a save of 21%. Log in for actual prices.

CAN YOU STATE ‘GIFTS’ OR ‘SAMPLES’ ON THE CUSTOM SLIP TO AVOID ADDITIONAL TAXES?
No, on such custom slips we always state it is a commercial good. Additionally, we also state the correct value
of the parcel.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
For purchases in the Netherlands, Fedex will deliver the parcel within 24 hours of dispatchment, weekends
and holidays not included. Please note we dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders made on those days before 16.00h CET will be dispatched the same day.

For destinations outside the EU, please note that these delivery estimates do not include time needed for the customs department of your country. Customs control may delay your delivery time. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address when your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partners. When we have already shipped out, changes on our end are no longer possible.
However, only with Fedex it is possible for the recipient to contact the logistic partner in question and ask about the possibilities for a change of address.
If this is not possible, then we wait until the parcel is returned to us, and we will then ship it to your required address. Please understand the extra shipping charges need to be paid by the recipient, and that we cannot accept the order to be cancelled due to a change in shipping address after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. We hold our customers responsible for providing us with the right shipping information.
